Frequently asked questions

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a local business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.

Are the residential spaces shared or are they individually-occupied homes?

The residential spaces are shared. There will be roommates in the home to help aid in socialization as well as accountabilty.

How many roommates will there be?

The amount of roommates vary upon a persons' unique situation and availability. At times, because needs may be dire, there may be up to 4 people per room, and in the case of children, the amount can double. But trust us, there is ample room and everyone will have their own bed and space.

But generally expect there to be 2 people per room.

How much does this cost?

The average rate is $150 per week per bed, all utilities included. This is usually paid by outside organizations, but we do accept self-pay.

How long can I stay?

You can stay as long as you need. The only thing we ask is that your account is current and you do not break any of our house rules.

Can I contact you in the event of an emergency?

Each property will have a house manager on duty. They can contact us directly. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or the local sheriff.

Are guests allowed?

Pre-registered guests may be allowed up to the time of curfew. No overnights are allowed.

Is there a curfew?

There is a curfew as well as a lights-out time. This will be discussed in your entrance interview.

What should I bring?

We are fully-furnished, down to the bedding and towels. You may need to bring a few personal items, such as toiletries and journals. Let us know what you may need, and we will try our best to provide it for you. More important on what to bring is what NOT to bring: weapons, illegal drugs, paraphernalia, vapes, alcohol are never permitted. Cigarettes may only be smoked outside on the patios, and butts must be disposed of safely. No acts of violence or threats of violence is allowed and will result in an instant revocation of your contract. Mulitple curfew breaks will also cause us to revoke your contract.
